After your learning.dev platform has been created, license purchases are completed within your platform. If a license hasn't been purchased after 14 days your platform will continue on the free plan.

Frequently asked questions
Purchases can made in the Settings > Licenses section of your own learning.dev platform. For an Enterprise license please contact us for a quote.
Licenses last for 12 months from the day of purchase and are billed monthly or annually.
Yes. Licenses can be upgraded within your settings anytime. The increase in cost will be calculated pro rater for the remainder of the existing license period.
Yes. At renewal, customers can downgrade their license to fit their business needs. For customers on monthly plans, renewals occur each month, and any requested reductions in license counts will take effect on the next month. For customers on annual plans, renewals occur on the specified renewal date (once per year), and any requested reductions in license counts will take effect at the next renewal date.
The learning.dev Enterprise plan offers PO/invoicing as a payment option. The Enterprise plan also offers custom payment terms. The Standard, Business and Premium plans are only available for purchase by credit or debit card.
Yes. If you would like to have a particular feature from a higher level plan, please contact us for a quote.
Yes. Enterprise customers can request features to be developed. If we feel this feature would benefit all customers we will prioritize it for development. Bespoke features for an individual customer can also be developed, please contact us for a quote.
